Android – the mobile operating system
Every phone and computer has an operating system so the machine can “communicate” with its owner. The newest operating system is called Android – specially created for mobile devices.
Android is special system for smartphones and tablet computers that include operating system, middleware and key applications. It was founded in 2003 by Andy Rubin, Rich Miner, Nick Sears and Chris White. After two years Google Inc. buys Android Inc. After two more years Android is presented in the time of the founding of the Open Handset Alliance, consortium of 86 hardware, software and telecommunication companies, interested in the new standards that Android brings to the mobile devices. read more
